| (b) cost of the free passages of the families of escorts on their return from their homes, and (c) allowances and railway expenses of the men of the escorts when granted special furlough on their return to India should in future be included in the annual statements of divisible expenditure. 3. Decision that the journeys within Indian limits of Indian cavalry detachments employed as Consular guards in Persia will continue to be performed on warrants, and that the charges should be admitted on debits supported by such warrants, and (2) that for journeys outside Indian limits actual expenses supported by the payee's receipts should be allowed. 4.
