Claim of Captain E.G.Wallace, I.A., to non-asiatic Domicile for the purposes of passage concessions under the Superior Civil Services Rules, 1924. Decision by the Secretary of State that a claiment whose father has been in Government service any particulars in the possession of the Army Department or of other Departments of the govt. of India regarding the father which the claiment may not have been to give and which may have a bearing on his domicile should be supplied for the consideration of the Secretary of state in Council.
