Proposal to divorce the post of Sub-Assistant Surgeon, Gwalior, from the Central India Cadre and to bring it on the Central Province cadre. Decision that the Gwalior post will remain on the incumbent holds the rank and draws the pay of an Assistant Surgeon only for so long he holds the posts.
