Vyall, formerly a clerk in the office of the Commissioner of the Pegu Division, in which he prays (i) that he may be granted certain amounts of money which he describes as arrears of pay, (II) that the amount of his compassionate pension (Rs. 20) may be enhanced, and (III) that the pension may be granted with retrospective effect from the date of his removal from service.
