Recommendations of the Royal Commission on Agriculture in India suggesting (1) the enlisting of co-operation of Indian States in preventing the importation of plant pests and insects into India form outside, (2) adoption of measures to secure effective co-operation between Indian States and Government of India in Agricultural and co-operative matters and (3) the giving of definite agricultural organisations to Ajmer-Merwara and Baluchistan.
