Adoption by the North Western Oudh and Rohilkhand Eastern Bengal Railways of the procedure suggested by the Govt. of India in the Public Works Department for encouraging closer co-operation between the Consulting Architect to the Govt of India and Officers in charge of the construction of buildings, the designs for which have been prepared by the former.
