Question whether the Govt. of India in practice exercise any special jurisdiction in Native States over Christians other than Europeans and as a class distinct from other Indians and whether there are ant Treaties with Native States by which special rights in regard to Christians subjects other than Europeans are specially reserved to the Govt. of India.
