Aitchison Late under SSecretary in the Foreign Department, relative to certain articles which have appeared in the columns of the public press in which Mr. Aitchison is charged with disifenuousess and untruthfulness in respect to a passage in his precis of 19th May 1864, regarding our relations with Boota.
