S.E. Railway - Fixation under F.R. 22-C clarified that benefit of fication of pay on promotion as Jr. T.I. A. should be allowed with reference to the offg. pay as sub-head to whcih post he was actually promoted if it is certified that the railway servant would have continued as sub-head for more than 22 days but for promotion to the still higher post of Jr. TIA.
