(1) Refund of the difference between the Specific and ad valorem duty on a rifle Supplied to Maulvi Muhammad Nizam-ud-din Hassan Khan, an Assistant Commissioner of Berar, lent to the Hyderabad State. (2) Ruling that such refunds should be allowed on arms purchased by Native officers of the British Government lent to Native States who are eintitled to posses arms if residing in British India.
