Prohibition of the payment of drawback under section 22 of the Cotton Duties Act, 1894, upon the exportation of yarn or Cotton fabrics to the Portuguese ports of Goa and Daman. Inclusion of those ports in the list of Foreign ports in India in respect of which the payment of drawback upon the re-exportation of goods, the transhipment of goods liable to customs duties on importation, and the shipment for exportation of Warehoused goods have been prohibited under the Sea Customs Act, 1878.
