Sanction to the adoption on such portions of the Bengal-Dooars Railway, as are situate in British territory, of (i) the amendments in rule 14, Chapter III, Part II, and in Appendix A, Part II; (ii) certain modifications in Part I; and (iii) the amendment in rule 14, Chapter III, Part II, of the open line General Rules of 1906.
