(1) Creation of a new political charge including the Sikkim and Bhutan States and certain portions of Tibet. (2) Grant to Mr J.C.White, political Officer, Sikkim, of a local allowance of Rs. 300 a month to be met from Imperial revenues. (3) Proposals to convert the local alloeance of Rs 300 a month into a personal allowance or give Mr White a consolidated salary of Rs1,800 oer mensem. (4) Proposal to relieve the Sikkim Darbar of the charge of Rs 500 a month which they at present bear on account of Mr Whites pay.
