Proposed amendment of the electoral rules so as to provide:- (1) That general intimidation voids an election; (2) That a public officer may file a petition an the grounds of general intimidation if so directed by Government and without Security; (3)That if genral intimidation is found by the Commissioners, They Should have power to report that the constituency be disenfranchised the seat alloted to new electorate.
