(1)Request from Mr. F.W.Robertson, Chairman the F.P.S.C., that in view of war conditions, that jprovisionsof regulation 8 of the F.P.S.C. (Conditioins of Service) Regulations may be relaxed in his favourd to enable him to take leave for a period not exceeding Six months.(2) Regulaisation of the drwaal of transfer t.a. by Mr. Robertson on his taking up the appointments of Chairman,F.P.S.C. after resigninig the Chaimanship of the Bengal P.S.C.
