Raising, with effect from the 1st April 1911, of the issue price of opium in the North-West Frontier Province to Rs. 18 per seer, and of the duty on Afghan opium imported into the Punjab and the North-West Frontier Province to Rs. 8 per seer. Prohibition, from the same date, of the importation from Kaskhmir of opium into British India, and of the boiling in the Punjab of opium buy licensed vendors.
