Action taken in the several districts of the Bombay Presidency proper on the recommendations of the Excise Committee in Chapters XI and XII of their Report regarding the reduction of shops, opening and closing hours of liquor and toddy shops and the sale of country spirit at the fairs, and festiveals in so far s they have been approved by the Government of India.
