Issue of rules under section 33, sub-section (1), clause (a) of the Cotton Duties Act (XVII of 1894) prescribing the form of the return of cotton yarn produced in any mill situated within the Madras Presidency, the North-Western Provinces and Oudh, the Punjab or the Central Provinces, to be delivered to the Collector by the owner of such mill in accordance with the provision of section 7 of the Act.
