Article 475 A, C.S.R---Clause (5) of Suggestion made by the Govt. of Bengal that the anomalous position existing in the ordinary pension as compared to the Premature Retirement Rules, in respect of earning additional pension under ---requiring not less than 28 years` qualifying service in the event of voluntary retirement for eligibility for additional pension, should be removed.
