Proposals made by the Burma Govt. with a view to rendering more effenctive the Scheme sanctioned by the Secy. of State in 1920 regarding the recruitment of Burmans for the Indian And it and Accounts Service. Decision to Support to the Public Services Commission the request of the local Govt. that in future the examination should be held at Rangoon simultaneously with that at Allahabad. Assurance given to the local Govt. that successful Burman candidates will be kept in Burma for the first year of their training.
