Amendment of Rule 15(3) of the Indian Civil Service Provident Fund Rules in order to provide that if any policy lapses the contributor shall pay to the Fund the amount of the premia paid with interest thereon and if any policy matures he shall pay to the Fund the amount of premia paid with interest thereon or at his option the sum realised.
