Director General of the Post Office of India empowered to open or cause to be opened any closed cover which may reasonably the suspected to contrain certain Arabic newspapers. Amendment of section 25 of the Indian Post Office Act, 1898 (VI of 1898), to be undertaken at the first convenient opportunity so as to make it clear that the power to `search` conferred by that section includes a power to `open` packets, etc.
