Decision that item (3) read with items (i) of the schedule to the Finance Department Resolution No.D.5067/ C.S.R.dated 10.10.1924 should be interpreted as including I.C.S. Officers under training in the Departments specified in items (i) of the Scheme. Grant of compensatory allowance at Calcutta/Bombay to certain officers of the Finance Department who were under training in the offices of the Accountant General Bengal and Bombay or in the Reserve Bank of India since 1-5-1937.
