Creation of a temporary post of Officer on Special Duty in the Reforms Office for the Period from the 29th September 1936 till the date of return of Mr. B. N. Rau, I.C.S., from deputation to the India Office, and the appointment to that post of Mr. K.V.K. Sunderam I.C.S., on the senior time-scale of the I.C.S. Plus Rs. 300/- p.m. special pay.
