(1) Question whether income-tax is leviable on the 4000 paras of Paddy supplied annually to H. H. the Maharaja of Travancore by the Government of Travancore-Cochin. 2. Decision that the paddy supplied to the Maharaja of Travancore and the timber and other forest produces supplied to certain other Rulers should not be subjected to income-tax. 3. Decision that the free supply of rice to the Maharaja of Travancore may also be continued.
