Question of recovery of the amount irregularly drawn from the State Treasury by H.H. the Nawab of Malerkotla on the eve of integration and the amount lent to H.H. the Nawab of Baoni against jewellery pledged with H.H. the Nawab of Malerkotla. Decision tha sum of Rs. 5 Lakhs may be recovered from H.H. Privy Purse instalment of Rs. 25000/- and that H.H. should either pay to the govt., of Pepsu the amount advanced to H.H. the Nawab of Baoni or deposit the jewellery with them.
