Guha regarding (a) the total amount given as Privy Purse etc. to rulers offormer Indian States, b) whether there is any scheme of recovering this amount from the revenue of the former States (c) if so, whether the full amount has been recovered during the financial years 1949-50 and 1950-51 and d) if the full amount has not been recovered how Govt. propose to recover the remaining amount.
