Copy of a letter from Mr.J.Miller Mint Master , to Sir Charles Blunt , Postmaster general ,stating that he has sent Murshidabad siccas ,there will be some delay in supply eight anna and four anna bits , and that the orders of the Board will have to be taken for coining two anna bits .
