Copy of a Letter from Mr.G.Tyler, rice contractor, submitting a statement regarding his contract for the exportation of grain to Madras, and praying that in consideration of the serious loss suffered by him through transit and the prevalent high prices, relief may be accorded to him by cancelling the executed as well as the remaining portion of his contract, or by outting an embargo on the exportation of grain frBengal, or by allowing him to carry forward his contract to a year of greater prosperity.
