Letter from mr. Stephen Sulivan Agent for the supply of provisions and naval and military stores, to Mr. J.P.Auriol Secretary requesting him to refer to his letter of the 13th November, 1782 and to the estimate enclosed in it, and stating that he will take proper measures for proividing that are sent from Bengal.
