Letter from the Board of Trade ,reporting that the Last part of the Cargo of the Ceres will be despatched from the warehouse on the 2nd of March ,transmitting abstracts of receipts disbursements and balances of cash from September to November 1779, and their proceedings for November and December , 1779,and requesting that the Board to Direct Mr.Dicknson to obey their Orders .
