Decision that if a state Civil/ Police Service officer while officiating in an I.A.S.0I.P.S. post, is promoted substanively to the selection grade of the State Civil/ Police Service, his pay need not be re-fixed by allowing the appropriate increase ovwer pay in the selection grade but allowing the appropriate increase over pay in the selection grade.
