To Officiating Post Master General - In reply - Communicating observations & orders in respect to the preeantions to be taken in future to prevent defalcations in the Post Office Treasury, and requesting him to approvpriate the 10,000 Sum of Rs. Note deposited by the late Treasurer as Secretary to the satisfaction of the claim agaisnt him, and apply to the Adminsitrate of his Estate as a Creditor for the portion that will remain to be recovered.
