Shaikh P.C.S., who was promoted to a superior I.A.S post on the 4.8.47 and was reverted from that post on the 8.12.47 as a disciplinary measure and was later appointed to another superior I.A.S post from the 28.8.48 should be officiating in the I.A.S continuously from the 4.8.47. proposal accepted.
