Board - Submit a letter from the Deputy Master Attendant stating that the Crew of the Guide Pilot Vessel which is about to proceed to the Crring station have refused to join her on the allowances they have hitherto received and that the Branch Pilots of the other Vessels have experienced the same defficutty Encloses a statement shewing their present allowances and recommend that an enercased reate of pay may be given to the crews for the present reasons.
