To Board - In reply Passing the whole of the charges with the exceptions to those of the Koona Nullah Bridge which are for the present suspended orders to be giver for carrying into effect the arragements Proposed respecting estimates no charges either for bridges madels or establishment will be passed unless authorized by their board of Government to call upon the superintendent to submit his accounts from the commencement of the present year to the latest date with their observations theron and that in future they be submitted monthly or quarterly Goverment does not consider of the shakespearean Bridge Department to the Military Board not compby with the requestition of any public officers to be furnished with models and rope Bridges without the express orders of Government returns original documents.
