Lushington - With copy of the above letter from the Account Revenue Department and a Certificate to be delivered to the Auditor of India Accounts in England 2000 Rs. on account of Passage Money will be paid to his Agents here, or on his negociating at Madras his receipt for the same, to report the date and name of the Vessel on which he takes his Passage.
