From Board - Submit copy of a letter from the Master Attendant with a Memorial from 53 Members of the Pilot Service soliciting a reconsideration of the 8th Article of the Quarantine Regulations which directs that Pilots shal board any Vessel notwithstanding that the Plague may be existing on board - Under the circumstances set forth in the Memorial - The Board suggest that in the event of a Vessel arriving with the Plague actually on Board she should not be boarded by a Pilot but be led into the New Anchorage by a Pilot Vessel.
