From Board - Request authority to their removing the Quarantine Establishment from Edmonstone Island to Diamond Harbour without further delay - Propose a further report ( when certain papers now with the Medical Board and returned ) which will satisfy Government that Diamond Harbours the only proper Station in the River for all seasons of the year. Purpose placing the Steamer Irrawaddy under Captain Clapperton for the purpose of effecting the removal.
