From Board - With reference to Courts orders prohibiting the Officers of the Marine Department form engaging in any private Survey business. Submit letters from Captain Harrington & Milner and Mr. Seppings soliciting a further reference to the Honble Court previous to the orders being carried into effect. Refer to their letters of 29th January and 4th February 1828 and solicit the attention of Government thereto, relative to an additional allowance of 200 Rs per Mensem which Mr. Seppings will be entitled to if the orders in question are carried into effect.
