From - In consequence of a mling of the Honble Court in their Financial Despatch no. 11 of the 6th February last results the orders passedin Financial Resolution of the 17 September last by which the question of incapacity in cases of Public Servants infitted for further employment by old age was left tobe dicided by the Head of the Office subject to appear if necessary to the next higher Exceutive authority and determine that in future a Medical Certificate shall be required in every such case to accompany application for pensions.
