To Secretary - With reference to the foregoing states that the G. G. in C. has been pleased to appoint Lieutt. W. N. Lees to be a # Member of the Board of Examiners as well as its Socretary and also to be Principal of the Mahomedan College and Examiner of candidates for the setuation of law Officer on a consolidated salary of 1200 Rs. per month for all the offices be will hold but that he will draw no part of these additional allowances until he return from leave and enters upon his duties H. L in C. has no objection to Lieutt. St. George who is acting as lecy a Member of the Board of Examiners also acting as Principal of the Mahomedan College during Lieutt. Lees absence and the Lieutt. Governor can make such temporary arrangements for the examination of Law candidates as may appear to him expedient.
