The report of the Commander appointed to investigate the defulcations of Sir. T. Trutm does not refer to the deposit in question. but the advocate General is of opinion that the claim is entitled to be paid under the provinces of the Act above cited the Account has obtained an engajement from the Administration General to admit the claim of Government to all future # in repect to the present # if paid from the G. T.
