Captain S. C. Macpherson - Forwards Draft of a Proclamation of the intentions of Government in repect to the suppression of the Meriah Sacrifice and Infanticide in the Hill Tracts of Orissa and suggests that he be permitted to transmit for communication thro the agents of the S. W. F. Cuttack and Garjam to the Hill Tracts his Orayah translation and the Proclamation.
