To Secretary Superintendent of Marine - Forwards copy of a letter from the Medical Board to the Government of Bengal dated 21st April respecting the appointment of Soorjee Cammar Soobdhecarry a Graduate of the Medical College to th Medical charge of the St. Fire Queen without the entervention of the Medical Board prints out that this course was irregular and requests to that the appointment he cancelled he is at liberty to appoint any Uncovenanted Doctor to the vacancy but if he should desire to employ Soorjee Coorner Sooldhecarry he much apply to the Medical Board for his service.
