To Judge Sup. Court Calcutta - With referirre to a complaint made by the widow of a Sub Conductor that in order to obtain a Sum of Rs. 1832 lodged by her husband in the savinys Bank she had been obbged to take out probate of the will at a cost early 160 Rs. calls for their opinion as to whether the Fees of Court inn taking out protate for sums not exceeding Rs. 2000 belonging to Estates of deceased European officers and Soldiers and generally for Estates of no greator value then Rs. 2000 might not be remitted and whether the Cost. of an attorney employed in such cases to take out probate might not be reduced.
