D. Simson Equire C. S. - With reference to letter of the 5th instant intimating his admission to a Furlough of the season 1855/56 annexes copy of one which he has addressed to the Account North Western Provinces regarding a no demand certificate & states that a similar one has been made to the Civil Auditor in whose office there are no demands against him , those in the Accountants Office will be small & his accounts are in good order under these circumstances and as he has named sureties hopes that his Furlough certificate may be granted at once should this however not be the case, requests to be informed when he may expect it.
