Judges Calcutta - In reply to the foregoing states that in accordence with their recommendation the Government consents to the remission of the fees of court of Probate by estates under 2,000 Rs. belonging to estates of deceased Euripean officers & soldiers & generally for estates of no greater value than 2000 Rs. mighs not be prosate or letters of administration might not be reduced.
