Chief Secretary - Referring for consideration and instruction an application from Dr. Scott a private practitioner in the Neilgherries praying that his prescription for his Patients may be made up as Heart for at the Government Dispensary or that the Government Medicines may cease to be supplied after a certain dated to any unconnected with the Public Service. Also an enquiry from the Medical Board in connection with the question as to whether the families of Civil and Military Officers are to be regarded as Private Patients & not therefore entitled to Medicines from the Government Stores.
