To Attorney East India Company - Forwards Copy of a letter from the honble Court of Direcors No. 98 of 1854 and of its Enclosure regarding the claim of the heirs of the late Prince Jame Hooddeen to be reimbursed the loss sastained to the extert of rs. 35,380 by the Estate of the Prince in consequence of its having been placed at the instance of the Government in 1844 in the hands of the Ecclesiastical Registrar of the Supreme Court, Sir Thomas Furton subsequently became an Insolvention agrerably to the Courts instructions the President in Council will be prepared to under the money at due to be paid to the person entitled thereto the manner prescribed in Sec. 3 of act V of 1851 & the Sovreign is accordingly requested to report the names of the rightful claimants under the work of the Prince as modified by the Supreme Court in February 1850.
